"equipping the saints for the work of ministry" (Ephesians 4:12)
What is the School of Discipleship?
Exactly as it sounds, North Boulevard's School of Discipleship is a ministry devoted to training followers of Christ on how to "go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19). We invite believers from all ages, campuses, and ministries to come take advantage of this transformative learning experience.
What do we do?
- 8am morning prayer every weekday
- Wednesday Night classes
- Afternoon training sessions from experienced mentors
- Outside activities such as door-knocking
- Prayer Retreats
The expectation is not that will be able to attend every single training session or activity, although that would be ideal. We understand that everyone has different schedules that do not always allow them to come every time we meet. But we do encourage students to come to as many as they can in order to get the most out of their semester.
Where do we meet?
Our morning prayer and afternoon training sessions typically take place in the Raiders for Christ building near the MTSU campus.
The Wednesday night classes take place in the homes of different North Boulevard members each week.
Locations will be added to the calendar and announced on our social media accounts.
When do we meet?
The School of Discipleship holds two 10-week semesters in the spring and fall and a 4-week semester in the summer.
The 2019 Spring semester will be from Monday, February 4 - Friday, April 19.
There will be an interest meeting on Wednesday, January 30 at 6:30pm in the North Boulevard East Campus FUEL classroom.
