Instead of traditional assistive listening devices, you can use your own phone and headphones/hearing aids for assistive listening while in-person at North Boulevard. How to Connect

Come to the building. The Listen WiFi app only works when you are physically on-site at the building.

Connect to the WiFi.

Connect your headphones or hearing aids to your phone.

Open the Listen WiFi App. It may take a few seconds to connect.

Listen and Browse! Select one of the listening channels or choose from the “information” or “more links” tabs.

Zip Captions
ZipCaptions is a free speech-to-text service that runs within the web browser of a smartphone.

Go to zipcaptions.app in the web browser on your phone.

Tap the microphone button in the top right corner.
